First 7 days
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of purchase. No reason is required.
After 7 days
You can cancel your membership at any time. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. There are no refunds for partial months.
How to request a refund
Write to us at soporte@weikapp.co from the email you signed up with. Charges are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record, and the money is returned to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank.
